These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website at https://www.ticketle.fr and its related country-specific domains (the "Service"), operated by Ticketle ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We help you find concerts and live events and compare ticket offers from official primary ticket sellers and established resale marketplaces (each a "Seller"). When you choose an offer, you continue to that Seller's own website, where the purchase is completed. Your purchase is made directly with the Seller and is subject to that Seller's terms, prices, fees, and policies; Ticketle is not a party to it.
The Service is open to everyone, needs no account, and is intended for people aged 16 and over. Sellers may set their own age or capacity requirements for a purchase.
Using Ticketle is free. When you follow a ticket link and buy from a Seller, that Seller may pay us a commission, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the prices you pay, which are set entirely by the Seller.
Dates, times, line-ups, venues, availability, and prices come from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We do not verify or guarantee them. Please confirm the details with the Seller or the organiser before buying tickets or booking travel.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Ticketle nor its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or related companies is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, from anything a third party does, from tickets or events obtained through a Seller, or from unauthorised access to your data. We are likewise not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, industrial action, government measures, or failures of telecommunications and third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Service links to Sellers and other websites we neither own nor control, and we take no responsibility for their content, prices, policies, or practices. Any dispute about a ticket purchase, including pricing, delivery, refunds, cancellations, authenticity, or changes to an event, is between you and the Seller. Where an event is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or altered, refunds are handled solely by the Seller or the organiser under their own policies.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or end your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.
The Service and its own content, features, and functionality remain the property of Ticketle and its licensors, protected by the laws of Ukraine and other countries, and our trademarks may not be used without our written consent. You agree to indemnify Ticketle, its related companies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence says otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, both you and Ticketle waive any right to take part in a class or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest stays in force, and if we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. Provisions that by their nature should outlive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits, do so.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where a change is material, give further notice if the law requires it. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the revised Terms. Questions go to [email protected].
